They should have had him play in one of the games against either Maties or Ikeys and had him play this game for Boland and fielded Lionel Cronje or van Aswegen for us and had a look at both. Also, it would have given the Boland a little extra in competitiveness and Morale.</p><p> </p><p>That said I hope Watts has a great game as we will be playing a few games withour Grant, I'll wager and depth has never been a bad thing (I think).</p><p> </p><p>Other than that the squad has a good mix of experience and youth with our two main leaders back in Burger and JdV. Apart from the starting XV I'd be really interested to see Steven Kitshoff and Siya Kolisi get a decent amount of exposure. </p><p> </p><p>All in all I think our preseason hit-outs should probably be seen as a success; Coetzee blooded plenty of the fringe players 95% of whom are young which is a new trend for the Stormers, they showed that yes, there is a lot to work on but a lot of promise as well. We won and winning is important (even if the games themselves count for nothing) as it becomes a habbit. I feel the pecking order has been set and if we don't suffer massive injury blows and keep the rotation minimal and clever we should be able to push for a finals berth.</p></blockquote><p></p>
