I posted the same article in US politics and news thread because tbf it has more to do with that then Tennis. Trump just wants to make himself centre of attention and I don’t believe has any interest in tennis other than it being in NYC. Neither of the players are American but the two best players in the world. Be interesting how much booing there’ll be and how they manage to censor it.

Trump was apparently supposed to attend the Wimbledon final but I suppose neither Fritz or any other American men’s player reached the final. And he’s saving his visit later this year and the booing/protests he’ll get there.
See how he didn’t attend the Ladies final even though an American was in that final. Showing his misogyny.
Perhaps he prefers watching a drugs cheat bailed out by Wada.
