[QUOTE="csrtt815, post: 61165"] I think it’s great the more this debate goes on, I think its good to have their names on the back of the jerseys actually, they have it on international football & club football (soccer for the yanks) and is more used more and more in club rugby, I mean it helps some people to identify players by name, and for the people who are just learning the game as they will not know who the players are? They can then relate to that player and not just by number as there are more players coming through the squad, not only that there are players that can play multi positions on the pitch. So for someone watching an International Rugby test match "not having a clue that is?" Sees players with names on their back jerseys, it would make it easier to identify them! See where I am coming from? and mybe the WRU is thinking the same???? If I started watching American football then I wouldn’t have a clue Who the players are, I personally think the game is rubbish, bringing a player on just for 1 task is stupid if you ask me, but that’s just me? Anyway moving on, maybe the WRU are moving on to new things, and not staying behind as rugby is getting more 'n' more global, trying new things out, going forward not backwards? Like International & club football has. Yes this is “talking balls†and we all have opinions and views and freedom of speech (your 1st amendment) "see still having a joke" and on a note I do respect your opinions and views, we all have them, some more than other dare I say! Also I think the Welsh red & 125th Anniversary jerseys are cool as I have both of them. Until we meet again my young Padawan!
