Can you get into an attacking position again? If you think you can, go for points, if you don't, go for the corner/scrum depending on what your best set piece is.

If this is likely to be your last visit to their half with the ball, then your gonna have to do it all in one go.

If not, kick at goal all day long.

Does the situation change for anyone if you are four or three points down instead of five? Surely at three down you take the penalty and get level? At four it's interesting, because you don't need the conversion, but the principle is the same.
