It appears that it will be similar to what Europe has with the 6 Nations tournament. I think I speak for any rugby lover in the western hemisphere when I say that I'm crazy excited for this!

Good news. Argentina will put out a B team that will probably win it at a canter (maybe not, depending on when it's held), Canada, the US and Uruguay should be a significant step up on Brazil and Chile.

Good, the US and Canada need more regular competitions in order to improve as rugby nations.
