Torn stomach muscle

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!

More pain than I've ever been in in my life! If this is meant to be a minor tear, thank god it wasn't a proper one.

Trying to change direction with a planted foot whilst goalkeeping actually.

Bummer. Lucky you didn't make the movement at a slightly different stance...may have done your knee/ligaments pretty bad.

I bet it hurts to cough!!! and anything in general I suppose

My feet were in the perfect stance - to dive to the right. When it transpired the ball was going to my left I had to shift direction quickly and my stomach muscle just hasn't made it quickly enough and its torn. Its only a small one supposedly.

In true Lekso fashion...

...Its just not the same though :(

It's ok, Prince came up with a dubious excuse as to why he needed to have ribs removed too. There's no need to be ashamed of what you get up to on lonely nights...

Well Danny Boy, you would do this thing called exercise... not that I can say much, with my sprained ankle, bruised rib and a bad back!!!

You're obviously never had a broken bone if you're complaining like this!
BTW could you develop a hernia (sp?) from this? That'll be a balls up..
