game of the season for us
we better play well
expect all the boks to be out in force along with every intwernational i imagine ulster trying to pull out all the stops to win this game

If Ulster win I would put my money on them going into the knock-out stages.

ULSTER SQUAD

Forwards: Tom Court, Declan Fitzpatrick, Jerry Cronin, Bryan Young, BJ Botha, Rory Best, Nigel Brady, Andi Kyriacou, Tim Barker, Neil McComb, Dan Tuohy, Johann Muller, TJ Anderson, Chris Henry, Willie Faloon, Pedrie Wannenburg, Stephen Ferris

Backs: Adam D'Arcy, David McIlwaine, Jamie Smith, Mark McCrea, Andrew Trimble, Simon Danielli, Paddy Wallace, Nevin Spence, Ian Whitten, Ian Humphreys, Paul Marshall, Ruan Pienaar

from ulster rugby

Big chance for Ulster, every year we seem to slip up when ahead in an away game and lose which in turn stops us progressing. I reckon if Ferris, Pienaar, Humphreys have a good game, we have it.

do or die for ulster in the hcup and i think they know it expecting a heroic preformance from ferris and humphreys and clinical from ruan
i still see this as tight hope we pip it though
dam you cave for being injured could do with you right now!

Should be a belter of a game, but TBH saying "Biarritz at home" doesn't strike fear into the heart of anyone these days. They've been so flakey over the past many years, I can't look beyond a home win.

Ulsters entire season hinges on the result of this game. Lose and their season falls apart much like it has done for most of the last decade. Win and they'll concentrate all their resources on mounting a challenge for the Heineken Cup at the expense of their Magners League form.

I suspect Ulster will sneak this. If they can beat Biarritz by more than 7 points, Ulster should top the group.

ulster have no chance fast winger nygwenya will fly through them and ian balshaw he's good to no chance.

Ulster have a chance as Biarritz have lost their marbles putting Traille at fly-half. Ferris will be hunting him down all down, though I do expect Yachvili to do some work in that position if needed.

Faloon will be up in his face too. Massively pleased for Mad Willie.

C'mon Ulster!

thats one mean looking back row we have mad wille, the machine of ferris and the brute that is wannenburg think the pack shows quite a physical side for ulster i think its quite a statment

Great to see Faloon getting his game. About time Ireland had a real traditional 7 to select.

Good looking Ulster team but they've nothing on the bench. If it's as bad a day in Belfast as it is in Dublin, Ulster should win this relatively comfortably due to regularly playing in shitty conditions.
