Unable To Add An Avatar?

Hi Guys,

I am not able to upload or have an avatar attached to me?

This is it here, its only 90x99 so within size and file size, but I get an error on upload, so have moved it to the below address..

It knows the size in my control panel, but doesn't display?

What have i done wrong?

Well I can't see it when I click on the link, maybe try uploading it through photobucket, that's what I do.
