its not so much a case of "unable", my partner and I has good jobs, we just wanted a change and she was head hunted to come over
unemployment in NZ is lower than it was a decade ago for example, i think its a bit of click bait, the idea no one can afford to live there...except for all the ones that do. there is a different cultural aspect too it, almost every kiwi i know did an OE, work and lived overseas for a number of years. most go back, we did...but then we dont have kids so had the luxury of moving overseas again
But the wages in NZ are quite poor, yes? Kind of like Wales compared to the UK

yeah, but tax is a less, outside of Auckland and Queenstown houses are cheaper (800sqm property 4 bed brand new build on the port hills in chch was hundreds of grand less the the 2 bed townhouse on a lane in melb), its all overs and unders
edit: im not sure "poor" is right....wages are probably "right" in NZ...aus is just inflated in areas like constrcution because of things like unions

If the Democrats get back in power they will be able to use all this **** on Republicans as its now become the law.
