Viagogo RWC Tickets -- Stay Away

I made the mistake of buying tickets on Viagogo for South Africa-New Zealand.

First, they were really late providing the tickets.

Then, they were the wrong tickets!

And then, they provided new ones, and they were invalid!

And then I was told by their "customer support" -- which is either a bot or a group of semi-retarded individuals, that the problem was that I should have read the ticket warnings more closely...

Ridiculous stuff! I have bought from them before and had success, but, never again...

Sorry to hear Douglas. Looks like you got properly done over by Viagogo. Never bought from them, only sold tickets via Stubhub and they were fine. But I am hearing more and more bad stories about the likes of Viagogo and Stubhub for events based tickets, put me right off buying other than through the official websites or Ticketmaster, which I have never had a problem with.

It is my first time to deal with resale websites. I bought a ticket from StubHub for South Africa against Canada game. When I received it, there wasn't my name on it. Is it normal? will I face some problems when entering the stadium?
