Apparently it's when the lineout is formed law 19.2.c as the Maori's have not formed or given numbers it must still be legal......bloody stupid.

Good that it happened now though. Imagine if that was in the last few minutes of a test and allowed NZ to snatch victory. They'll all learn from that.
