What makes a great scrumhalf?

My coach said that being a great scrumhalf means being a great draw and passer because your the only draw and passer on the pitch. And that anyone can dish the ball out to the team but its drawing and psssing that makes you a great scrumhalf. I dont really 100% agree with this. I mean to me a great scrumhalf is one whos always at the breakdown dishing the ball out to the team. What do you think?
 
To be a good 9 you also have to have a god complex and have the biggest mouth on the feild. Just be a utter *insert word I can't say* here and you're there

That is all very well if the 9 has the respect of his forwards, if not he can shout all day and the lights will be on but nobody is at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
