when logging in errors

when i log in it says

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i have to press back on firefox and then go into the forum again instead of auto login

whats the problem site? or mine?

Yeh, same here with the logging in error. It seems to happen on both IE and FF.

today it has worked fine but for about 2 weeks it has been odd.

also happens with chrome.

I can't post new topics? Could this be because I am a newbie? I've only tried posting in Fx and Chrome; I am not an IE fan.
