Could easily see Andy Farrell as head coach looking after the defense, selections and media work with Stuart Lancaster formulating the game plan.
 
I love Connor to bits, but doubt he is suited to a serious side where he can't just **** around a bit

I agree. I only just stuck them in because they're arguably the best Irish coaches at the moment but i think both have said that they're not interested and the IRFU does prefer internal options as you said. Promoting Cullen and Lancaster from their current roles has been thrown around in the media which on one hand I think is a good idea but you never know if good club partnerships will translate well to the international game.
 
Pretty obvious it will be MOC.

Hope it's Lancaster.
Would stop any rumours of him taking over from Eddie in it's place.

Would take Faz though
