Women's Rugby Union

Hi,

I'm just wondering if they're any female rugby union players who would be willing to help me with my dissertation work for university?

The reason I am asking is because I am choosing to do my study on the barriers women’s rugby union player’s face when participating. I found out that there wasn’t much research on the barriers women face when playing rugby and decided to go from there. I will need some players to conduct semi structured interviews with them which should take between 25- 45 minutes max and can take place over skype.

If anyone is willing to help that would be greatly appreciated.

I used to play on the girls rugby team at school. I'm willing to help, but don't know if I'll be much use

My advice would be to approach a university team or two.

My other half was a fleet-footed winger at Sheffield, and I know that most female rugby clubs at university level would be willing to help out with some research that may champion their cause.

Probably wise to interview the forwards on the phone and the backs on Skype...little easier on the eye...(a cliche, I know!)
