Workington town player, and brother of Harlequins Captian Rob, Garry Purdham has been named as one of those killed. RIP to all those who have lost their lives and condolences to their families.

Heard about this on the radio earlier while it was still going on, absolutely insane.
You don't expect anything like this to happen in England, especially not up in the Lakes

Sympathies to all involved. It's always sad to hear when something like this happen. You have to wonder what pushed the attacker over the edge, apparently he was a pretty well adjusted guy up until this point.
