Gonna be a rreeaall tough one to pick,
Between Rassie, Gatland and Joseph for me - though if England win the Final that catapults EJ into contention (the Six Nations campaign drags him down a lot, though).

Gatland won a Grandslam and took an injury ravaged side within a score of a final despite what you can say about his playing style.
Joseph took some big scalps and took Japan to their first ever quarter finals and won the PN Cup without really breaking a sweat.
Rassie has brought the Boks back from the brink, won the RC and took them to a final (and potentially a WC winner).

Hansen is just there because he coaches the ABs - 3rd in TRC and beaten soundly in the semi-finals. Is that really coach of the year material?

Coach and Team of the year are simple.
Japan, or whoever wins the RWC

Hansen literally has no chance
Wales' only chance would be the pity ticket of "Your team was ****"
Jones has to win to stand a chance
Erasmus probably also needs to win
Joseph is quietly waiting in the shadows to pick up his award,

I'd say in terms of resources and expectations it has to be Joseph.

Gatland, EJ and Rassie have all done very well too, but not completely unexpected.

Rassie, no question. Taking a team that were in chaos and turning them into champions in less than two years, and also winning the Rugby Championship.
