The regions are in big need of a boost and the WRU pay for this. Absolute waste of money. I'm sure the Queen doesn't give a ****, and it's a **** portrait anyway that is of zero use to anybody.

More to the point though, look at this guy's work. How does he make a living as a professional? How the hell could the WRU not find a better artist? I'm sure you could find better artists at GCSE, how has worked his way up? His work is ****. Who an earth would part from their money for this crap? And what an earth does the Queen have to do with Welsh rugby and why are the WRU brown nosing the monarchy?
