I loved the immersion and 90% of the game but the combat was garbage and made me not finish the game which is a rare thing.

If they hadn’t tried to reinvent the wheel for combat and just made it more normal or enjoyable the game would have been a masterpiece.

The combat definitely is awful. Coming from playing a lot of Skyrim recently, it is so slow.

Lockpicking is equally as awful for me.

Other than that the game looks great and so much detail.

So many small mechanisms to learn and understand.

Definitely worth it for £6.99

I liked GOY but the plot wasnt quite up to GOT but the combat is better.

My PS5 exclusive best game is Alan Wake 2. Crikey its a ride, sadly does kinda require to play Alan Wake 1 and Control first just to understand the lore of what's going on with AWE's.

I’m just playing it now. Really enjoying it. I enjoy running round villages and killing on of Lord Saito’s men

All trophies for the base game (new game+ trophies are separate)
There's a some cosmetics I've not searched out (masks in random chests etc) but they don't count towards anything (not sure if there's even a 100% completion counter in the menu like in GTA 5 etc)

Easy platinum to get if you're into that kinda thing, think I had 4 or 5 left after completing the main story and they were simple enough to do
