Forward pass because of the line but passing a ball backwards whilst running quick will still cause it to travel forward even if backwards out the hands

Not saying it wasnt forward because im not sure i only saw it once but i dont think quite as clear as it seems.
 
TBF i think my analysis of the game is very much the same as Wasps vs Bristol. One team were excellent and worked very hard but as a fan of your own team, you can be disappointed in the performance.

The inability to close out a game vs 14 men is irritating but tbf Newcastle were entirely better round the park.
I understand we've historically been the cannon fodder in this league and teams expected to best us.

But as I've said previously this is a different squad being developed...best I've seen in a long time. We won't be a guaranteed full points for the opposition anymore.

Opening night was Sarries, they played without the ball for years now so no surprise they like a kick so i wasnt worried.

Enjoying this game as 2 teams that like to play not kick(for some reason bristol played sarries kicking game opening night).
