Here is my update kit for England 22/23 kit as all the kits in the game are way t bright ive toned it down a bit.. can post brighter if needed!

Brilliant work. What's the best way to get it into the game? Just replacing the previous kit image?

You will need to replace the image in Gimp or DXTBmp then export as .dds then replace the dds file in the teams folder, these are for illustration...

I will sort a free download site for the files when i get a chance.. i did have fileshare! but i cant get into my account lost old email...

Can't edit my 1st post so here are the Download files for the England Home 2022 kit!
make a backup of your files 1st (Recommended) then install to

1) Download and extract files to safe place then install to game folder.
2) your install game folder Steam| other Rugby22/Data/AlternateTextures/teams/england_518/2022_home

You will need to have the update mod Database to show the kits as they are not licensed! (Faketeams)
This is not full of all teams but will show this file... again Backup original files 1st

Installation:

1) Unzip the files to a safe place! using Winrar or
7zip file manager.
2) Backup original files 1st.
3) Open game folder default if you have Steam
version is:-
*:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Rugby 22
4) Drag and drop unzipped files to game data
folder... For kits-
\Rugby 22\Data\AlternateTextures\teams\
england_518\2022_away
5) Copy team colors to-
\Rugby 22\Data\AlternateTextures
6) All done, enjoy!
