I don't understand when the ref is so quick to stop play when Arg has penalty advantage, at stages they have not even lost the ball yet it's like play barely looks too slow then he blows and forces the penalty to be used. This seems unusual to me unless this reg likes to not let play continue in general
2nd week in a row Ireland have brought a forward on and then they've gone off injured a few minutes later
