Headbutting anyone is a high degree of danger - just because he didn't knock him out doesn't mean it wasn't a deliberate strike
A high tackle can be accidental as tackles are part of the game - a headbutt is a headbutt

Yeah. This is the crucial bit IMO. He intended to do it. The fact he didn’t connect with full force isn’t really the point.

I can’t help but think that White’s Neymar routine helped France a bit there.

Not Seen a punch in a rugby game in about a decade when there was Bath V Gloucester match and I think both sides lost like three players.

I've no issue with deffering to bunker by default. Speeds the game up.

Deferring to bunker is the correct call given it wasn't clear, especially on stadium screens. A referee has to trust his team.
