I mean when it's played in real time it's looks like he's just focused on the ball completely and Furbank timed it badly with leaning up

Like is there a rule about going over the top of a player?

It’s the guy on the grounds job to not contact people on their feet. Runner tried to avoid him but he was raising his head at just the wrong time.
