Rc4 Fan hub user named "Rugby User"

Does anyone know who is the "Rugby User" in RC4 Fanhub that's creating the players that isn't in RC4?at this stage he's the only one keeping the game alive Or anyone know how i can get it touch with this person please?

So when you're on pc and you download a player from someone on xbox or ps it labels them as Rugby user it doesn't show their gamertag

I'm on xbox and if I go into fanhub I can see everyone's username that created the player ,I can also view their profile if they have an xbox profile , except for the "rugby user"

It's because they're most likely on pc and PlayStation
