Watched that 71deg north show a minute ago, it's actually fairly decent
Gav smashed everyone in the challenge (swimming in -1deg water) - did over twice as many metres as 2nd place
Rob Kearneys missuss is in it as well (the one that Gav apparently cheated on Church with)

Hullo I'm Gavin Henson and I've never been as good as Brian O'Driscoll. While he plays rugby for the most uber awesome team in Europe, I dance for the same compant that employs Adrian Chiles.
Get with the times, Adrian Chiles jumped ship to ITV, Henson swims in Nordic Fjords for the same company that emplys Chiles
