How do you get a badge in your name ?

I notice thats in some peoples profile they have club and their suported club badge. How do i get this ?

If you go to "Settings" in the top left of the screen, then click on "Edit Profile" on the left hand side, then scroll down to "Club/Nation" and choose from the list!
