Caucaunibuca out for the season

Top 14 champions Toulouse look set to be without powerful winger Rupeni Caucaunibuca for the rest of the season after he underwent knee surgery.

Damn. The terrible thing is, time off really doesn't agree with Caucaunibuca.

I would love it if he took his rehab period to work on getting back to shape for the following season, as it could be a blessing in disguise.

To be fair to the big man he has lost a bit of weight or so it seems from the time he started there. Hopefully Noves will push him further.

Agreed. Looks like he's lost upwards of 10kgs. He's still no where near where he was in 2002. 100kgs of pure speed. I love how Noves has whipped him into better shape, he clearly demands the best from his players. I'd have thought the French would not take no for an answer of him being their national coach.

Honestly, I don't see his venture at Toulouse working out in the long run. This injury blow doesn't help him anymore either.
