How to create boots?

Is there a handy tutorial on how to make boots? I can't wrap my head around the way it's done.

Hey, I have a way of doing this, I'm sure there's much better ways but this works.
1- open a random boot pssg with ego editor
2- take a screenshot and paste on photoshop
3- edit the picture and you're done
It looks decent ingame
