Nothings changed for me.

He took a team that got knocked out of the pool stages to the final.

Yeh he made some poor calls like Day at 15, but we also got to the final with Daly at 15.

It will be typical English mentality to want to get rid of a coach who took us to the final.

Just asking really. I do think that he’s been ambushed, in fact, Erasmus told him what was coming and he didn’t seem to prepare for it. South Africa fully deserved their win so good for them, but what might have been will probably eat away at these players. Can’t even mention Garces, thought he was disgracefully bad but them’s the breaks.

De Allende and Du Toit were the standouts for me. De Allende bullied Tuilagi which I’ve never really seen before.

Du Toit monstered Curry and Underhill, he will deservedly win player of the year now.

Moral of the story. Don’t be arrogant.

Going to say this now. Saw very little of this supposed 'arrogance' from English pundits and fans. Sure you have the odd idiot like Dawson but thought that overall the English press was pretty reasonable in the build up to this game. To be honest there was a lot more of foreigners complaining about arrogance than actual arrogance.

If anything South African supporters were far more bullish and confident than the English equivalents (and I say this as an Irishman).

Happens every time England loses - some people take more pleasure in seeing us lose than seeing their own team win, even if their team is lifting the World Cup

It's devastating but not heartbreaking - not quite sure why but there it is.

Cole, Youngs, Daly in particular - please crawl back under whichever rocks you came from. Absolute garbage from all of them.
Whoever kept banging on about how Cole had reinvented himself and come back a better player - absolute horseshit. We missed Sinckler so badly.
