    Scotland v Ireland, 24/02/13

Since Scotland seem to have the slight favourites tag in the media they will inevitably lose. We need to be unuderdogs. Look what happened in 2011 against Wales as favourites compared to this year against Italy as underdogs.

    Scotland vs Italy, 09/02/13

My money is on Scotland. Lets not forget that 2 years ago the Italians beat the French in a similar way, and the came to Murrayfield and we're beaten well. I think they will turn it on - they always play better when they aren't favourites.

    Pool B Scotland v Argentina

I believe this will be the second place decider in Pool B, with England coming first. All of the groups can be pretty confidently predicted but this one, so who will win the game and the place in the knockout stages? Scotland are currently 7th in the World Rankings and have won both warm up...

    Improving speed in rugby

Im a 16 year old back rower. I have trouble with my pace in matches. I am unable to get on the shoulder of carriers to offer support lines and if I make a break I don't have the gas to go very far quickly. I have just finished the season and would like to work on my speed over the summer. Any...

    Scotland vs Italy

yes in 2007 they beat scotland and wales.

    Scotland v Ireland

Seen the squad and I think it is definitely a better team than last week. Firstly, the return of Beattie to the killer B's. Richie Gray returns, and Euan Murray, who despite his reputation has not been impressive in the scrum, is replaced by Low. Another change is Ruaridh Jackson in for Parks...

    France v Scotland

If Scotland play like they did against France against Wales (minus the faulty scrum) they will win and win well. ANd those of you saying Scotland have no flair, that has to be one of our best try scoring effort so years. And don't say Italy played with flair and Scotland used brute strength, it...

    World Cup Predictions

ANd argentina are actually 1st seed technically because the draws were based on world rankings from 2008 and they were 4th after the amazing world cup they had.

good point. and then gavin hastings missed an easy penalty so we lost to england who went into the final.

    World Cup Predictions

You are probably right. I'm hoping this time we can get to the quarter finals playing good rugby (i.e scoring tries), and this time against harder teams.

Jeremy Guscott's World XV (approach with caution)

I think the list is good, but I think Ross Ford had a very good AI, and I didn't see any other hooker shine.

    World Cup Predictions

I know we talk of NZ failing to cope with the pressure at World Cups, but them losing to Canada if a bit far fetched.

    World Cup Predictions

I don't think scotland would be able to come home with the trophy with a **** performance.

    World Cup Predictions

Something tells me you are being sarcastic. As long as Scotland get to the knockout stages I am happy. That will involve beating England or Argentina. We are once of only 5 countries that have always made it to the knockout stages. It would be a bit **** if we aren't in the top 8.

    World Cup Predictions

Judging by what Argentina showed against Ireland, they don't seem to have much in terms of the near future, but with them you never know what to expect.

    World Cup Predictions

Sco - Arg is a big match. Scotland showed they can win (won 5 of their last 6 matches), and that is even without some key players, who will be back for the six nations and the world cup. Argentina didn't seem to show much at all vs Ireland today, and there doesn't seem to be much for the future...
