Agreed. Best team ever.
8 years of bragging rights... hmmm... seems like a dream but hey, living in London I'll keep my head down knowing there won't be any shots fired over the parapet for at least another 4 years
Thinking about the tournament again, apart from 60min against Argentina and the first half against South Africa in the semi's, the All Blacks had a pretty comfortable RWC.
They are obviously beatable. Teams just need to play for 80mins to beat them.
That is a pretty good assessment, any team is beatable but to beat the AB's you have to play your best for 80 mins.
The problem the AB's have is everyone sees the bench mark of rugby as beating the AB's, so for those 1-2 tests a year against them they try elevate themselves above there everyday performances, for the AB's it is just another test in the year.
This is the problem with being the AB's, every opponent brings their 'A' game because they know if they don't they will receive a lesson.
I know how to beat the All Blacks.
- Play for 80 minutes
- Don't make any mistakes
- Ensure their meal before the game is chicken or seafood that has been left at room temperature for a few days
