I almost thought you were hijacking my thread, but then I saw the contents of your OP. Maybe just edit the topic, you forgot to change it after the copy-paste...

Ow, wow. Yeah, I can imagine how confusing that might'v been. Edited. That's what happens trying to rush things. I am taking some time off (paternity leave) but thought I'd get these up before heading off.

Veels Geluk Stormer!!

You should've popped me a PM, I would've done all the threads I knew that...

Loosehead Scott Sio has a medial ligament strain and five-eighth Matt Toomua has an ankle syndesmosis injury, with both expected to miss 6-8 weeks, which would see them miss until about round 17 - two weeks before finals. James Dargaville has a lisfranc injury (foot) and will be sidelined for 2-4 weeks. Kuridrani is also out with a shoulder injury, although he is expected to return earlier than first thought.

Prop JP Smith should get a run on debut against the Rebels this week; someone who Jake White had on his radar a few years ago but couldn't squeeze in.

If this was in Rebels country then imo an upset could have been on the cards. 5 points between the two teams last time, and the Blues have shown they can definitely be knocked off even by the celler dwellers. But Brumbies in Canberra, and their bench seemed to make an awesome contribution in the second half last week. Apparently they've been working on their replacements during the pre-season. Brumbies to chalk up a win here.
