It's been officially pushed up to the summer of 2021. The one year delay sucks but I understand the decision, and it's better than no games at all.

I believe that Tokyo Olympics next year will be cancelled. Realistically impossible for many reasons.

I hope not, but I wouldn't be surprised. When it comes to the coronavirus pandemic I expect the worst and hope for the best.
