He was running. It's on the tackler to prepare for the normal dip and rise of the ball carrier. People don't run into contact at full extension, you'd be massacred

Either every single accidental head high, contact with shoulder to face is a red... How many you reckon happen each game? Or none of them are. Neither of those have intent, both players dropping from regular position, both accidents, get on, its RUGBY.
