The All Blacks/Springboks game will get more media hype but I think this could be a better game in terms of entertainment value. Curious as to who @Leonormous Boozer will be cheering for here given who the two head coaches are!. At home the Wallabies should be favourites but their injury list seems to be getting longer. Tom Wright and Skelton are two massive misses. The Pumas are missing Albornoz but Santi Carreras is a class 10 so I don’t think they lose much. My gut feeling is that Argentina are going to get up in this one. I don’t think the Wallabies need a lot of injuries to see a big drop-off in performance. This Pumas attacking shape is not the type that you want to be putting a reshuffled back line against.

1000,000% Wallabies. I love Joe Schmidt but reverse the coaches and I'd still support the Wallabies.

Very much an Ireland > Italy > France > Underdogs > Boks guy right now. (apologies to the very decent Saffas on thus board but I had a couple very bad experiences with your fellow supporters in Paris in 2023, and you've just been too good!)

I've even wanted England to win over Wales, NZ and SA over the past 10-15 years... but I could never support ye vs Scotland, for many other reason but I share a surname with them ******** even if they obviouslypronounce it wrong!

really conflicted, always wanted Argentina to do well to make the comp competitive.....but...also im enjoying the resurgence we've seen from aussie and am concerned its balancing on a knifes edge

Townsville nowhere near where the players live and tropical could really limit home advantage

I need to double check, but i'm pretty sure there is more at stake for us (Arg vs Aus) than for them. Sounds silly, i know. Allow me to explain: Arg and Aus are both fighting for the 6th spot on WR's ranking. Remember the cut off for the next world cup is after November's window. 6th spot gets to be in band 1.

That exceeded my expectations. Impressive actually. Few silly mistakes here and there but very, very good work from the lads. The line speed is arguably the best we've ever had.
I really, really love how Carreras has raised his game in order to compete for the 10 jersey.

I was 100% sure we'd level up the last 20 mins. We generally do and i also expected Aus to gas out, having burned out everything in the first 20 of the first half. Poor game management. Our discipline wasn't on point, although you could argue most 50/50 calls were against us. But i dislike blaming the ref. That was on us. We hardly played on their half on the 2H.

Well, 5 more minutes, and it was a football game….i dont think i remember a game reaching 85 minutes….
