Age grade rugby coaching

New to the forum (so apologies if it has been a recurring thread previously) and interested if forum users access any particular age grade specific forums for coaching topics.

I coach under 11s. Tough gig coaching kids, lots to teach them, useless RFU courses and lots of random law changes as they move through the age groups.

If you’re coaching 14’s I advise you to always explicitly agree the rules around the lineout before every game. Helpfully the RFU doesn’t define what an uncontested lineout means, and some teams have “interesting” interpretations of it…
