does the team stats have any major bearing on the out come of games i.e is it possible for the hurricanes to be competative even though they have shite stats

I'm pretty sure the stats are editable anyway mate... not too much to worry about.

I think there is some confusion here.....I see this a lot.

Individual stats can be changed...but I doubt that TEAM stats can be.

But if you change individual stats it will even out

TIP: In rugby 2005 (like 2004) I imagine you can increase the scrummaging, loose and rucking stats for, say, both your props and a lock and you will win your share of ball etc even if the TEAM stat is down.
