Slightly frustrating due to RWC only two matches on TV can't wait to get the usual 4.

Still hope to be a little cohesive in attack then we were last weekend. Still happy about one thing last weekend we won ugly which I haven't seen Bath do in the last two season. Which is absolutely needed now and again.

Glos team:

Charlie Sharples; David Halaifonua, Billy Twelvetrees (capt), Bill Meakes, Jonny May; James Hook, Willi Heinz; Paddy McAllister, Richard Hibbard, John Afoa; Tom Savage, Sione Kalamafoni; Lewis Ludlow, Matt Kvesic, Ben Morgan

Replacements:

Tom Lindsay, Yann Thomas, Paul Doran-Jones, Elliott Stooke, Jacob Rowan, Callum Braley, Steve McColl, Mark Atkinson

Some interesting positional choices there. Twelvetrees at 13, Sharples continuing at fullback, K in the second row, Ludlow ahead of Rowan and Moriarty.

I didn't manage to see the game at all, should probably find time to catch up on the AP website. Although it sounds fairly average as a spectacle from what the old man told me, maybe not worth it?

Agree about winning ugly. Essentially the reason we haven't actually won anything in the last couple of seasons has been that when the gorgeous crisp passing isn't working we don't find a way to win pragmatically.

Lichfield Ladies are playing wasps @ Welford road after the Quins game quite a cool thing.

First women's premiership game to be played at Welford road.

Hopefully it become more of a thing.

Sounds like Joseph was way more injured than England management let be known http://www.bathrugby.com/news/injury-update-jonathan-joseph/

Yeah I saw that. Three months out...would go to roughly end of December, start of Jan. Would that give him enough time for the 6n...after all we saw the problems this WC of rushing players back....

Players like Elliott Daly etc might be eyeing that spot if they can put good consistent performances in.

Pretty dull game so far. Lots of box kicking.

12t is poor. Decision making is terrible.

Not the best of games, but we won I guess. We were poor in 2nd half, positives were that Fraser (should've been MOTM, outplayed Kvesic), Tompkins and George played well. We won so not too fussed.
