Backup to M.Nonu?

The current All Blacks squad have got M.Nonu as their only specialist 2nd five eighth......Who do U think is the best player to be the second choice no.12?????


I think its got to be B.Stanley or maybe B.Atiga since they've got good kicking games!

Stephen Brett would get my vote as back up, thing is there aren't too many quality second-5's (yes, not another centre playing 12) going around atm in NZ

NZ rugby is spoiled for choice here.....

Callum Bruce, Stephen Brett, Benson Stanley, even to a lesser degree Stephen Donald can all fill this role for NZ, plus Luke McAllister, Aaron Mauger when they come back from Europe.

At the moment Henry has said Kahui can always be used as a Second Five so it looks like if Nonu is injured Kahui will be in there.

Otherwise I like the look of Benson Stanley. If he can get another good season for Auckland going it looks like he'll be in the EOY squad.
