You are a good size for your age....aren't lacking there. However your 113kg can be dangerous for your career. You know you are on target when you look heavier than what you are, not the other way around. That is what you aim for. Just look at the stats of most of the top players. They look a whole lot bigger than what they actually weigh.

Any relation these boys to the Samoan league players of the early 90's?

What I meant about your stats is that you have good natural stats for the game but because you have developed at a young age it is very hard for us P.I's to keep the weight down when we are developed in our teens. Especially if you don't like running. My advice would be to forget about power or bulk training as this is not a problem. Instead focus on speed and strength training...you will be very effective if you are lighfooted to go with your natural power.

Sorry if you never asked for this advice....just want to see others reach their potential and beyond.

yes they are related...very famous family from grey lynn area and the richmond rovers club

ive been doing alot of weights lately but i love running....just not on my own...
put a rugby ball in my hands and im off

ive always done long distance running for pre-season training but lately ive been doing sprint work, touch & skipping & i feel fitter & its not as boring as pounding the roads

There's so many names that I'm guessing they won't be in a set team, more likely as free agents you can recruit or create-a-team with.

Any hints Ian or Trevor, or is everything still highly confidential on pain of death?

Thanks for your patience guys, rest assured there is no end of work going on behind the scenes from myself and Trev and we hope to have an announcement sometime in the not too distant future.

Cheers
