As a Western Force fan, I have to say I like this signing. Meakes looks to be a physical player in both attack and defence and if he can combine that with some smart play, I think he will turn into a bright spot at centre for us. Really looking forward to seeing him take the field! What's everyone else thoughts on Billy Meakes?
