[QUOTE="AussieProp, post: 371987, member: 47325"] G'day all! I'm new here. My names Brendon and I'm from Australia. I'm 19years old and have played rugby for the past 8 years. I play anywhere in the front row, but specialise in loosehead prop. Now my question to you wise folk here in the UK and Europe, I'm chasing some boots, preferably screw in stud type and was after some suggestions. I will most likely be purchasing from rugbyprodirect as they seem to have the largest range I've ever seen in rugby boots. We in Australia basically have sweet frig all to choose from in the way of brands and styles. Basically we have Nike, Puma and Adidas. Very few retailers carry anything else except the occassional Asics boot and very few stores carry screw in style boots, its all moulded "blades" as we call them hear in Australia. And our prices are absolutely exhorbitant! 100AUD for the very bottom of the range boots from Adidas and Nike.. Now I've already had a look on rugbyprodirect.com and have found some boots that I like the look of and I also like the style, and even better... THE PRICE. Now I'd like some opinions/advice on whether these boots would be suitable for a bloke about 5ft 11. 115kg and a prop with an exceptionally wide foot. Any other recommendations and experience will be welcomed.
