Buying Rua Tipoki in World League?

Is it possibile to buy Rua Tipoki in World League? From memory hes only in the NZ Maori team - and by the looks of it the Maori Team dont show up in the Player Recruitment screen...

before you start world league, you have to put him into a team, through team management. so i would either put him in the blues or cheifs, or some random team...

but if youve started then you cant get him. if you have just started, hes worth restarting to get.

Call me an idiot - but I swear the Maori team isnt in the team management screen... unless theres a free agent pool or something lying around

and also, very cheap. most economical player in world league. full stop
