Cant open file

Hi. Has anyone bought tickets from RWC and received them. But can't open the file with message saying "you don't have any type of apps that can open this file!!"

I was going to ask the same thing but then figured anyone who knows what a file extension is would probably have Googled it to see what application is needed to use it (assuming it wasn’t main stream like pdf etc)
