Hey all, this is my first post on here and I was just wondering if I could get some help. I've played rugby for 3 years in highschool, but now I'm graduated and haven't played in a little under a year. I stand 6'1" and weigh about 280lbs. I played loose head prop and I guess I was decent at it, but that was a year ago lol. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips for training as I'm looking to join a club in my city this summer, which gives me a good 4-5 months to prepare. So please, if you've got any recommendations or routines that you swear by, I'd be delighted to hear them, as I truly do love the sport and regret having taken time off of playing.
