Confirmation of Exclusive Springboks License

What I hate is the complete schism of licenses... RC has the Wallabies, All Blacks but not Springboks, so they can't make a proper Tri-Nations. And HB can't make a proper World Cup without AB and wallabies.

I agree this is a real hodgepodge of licensing, I can live with it if both games deliver from a gameplay perspective, but if one title is significantly poorer in terms of on field rugby action then I could see myself getting frustrated about this issue.

I wonder if the IRB had much to do with the licensing agreements of the international teams and influencing the decision of the various unions...

It would have been very nice if all parties involved could have come to an agreement not to have any exclusive licensing.
Both games are being hurt by this.
