This might sound like a silly question but what key is used to perform the hand off and the side step on a PC keyboard??

I believe that sidestep was shift + e (right sidestep) and q (left sidestep)

And a hand off is shift with S or W (one is hand off, other is lowering body position - but i don't remember which is which).

q for a left sidestep
w for a Maori sidestep
e for a right sidestep
