Always liked Nike adverts, very motivating a lot of them (one that springs to mind is it shows the upper half of a guy playing basketball, listing loads of excuses like "i'm too tired, it's too cold etc." then it zooms out and he's in a wheelchair and it says Nike - No Excuses)
