Custom DB Crash

Hi I Downloaded vanilla mod the problem I have is the custom db of jmmontoro keeps crashing in the game but when I choose default DB no crash the crash in happening in be a pro and career mode for currie cup and super rugby only any idea what can be the problem

I think it a problem with team link If choose link teams then in be pro,career mode it crash Defualt save with no link teams works all good no crash anyone having this problem?
